Buy-to-let mortgages.
We offer a range of buy-to-let mortgages for landlords with single or multiple properties. We help customers create, build or re-mortgage residential property portfolios, considering projected rent in affordability calculations, and allowing our customers to use their personal income to top up affordability if required.
Short-term finance.
We offer a range of quick and flexible short-term funding solutions for residential, semi-commercial or commercial property acquisitions, including first and second charge bridging loans. We can help with chain breaks and assist with raising capital to acquire an investment property, land or the ideal home. We can also help investors to acquire properties and land at auction with preapproved funding. We offer flexible payment options and accept multiple exit strategies and additional security to make a transaction work.
Auction finance.
We can pre-approve customers ahead of the auction, as well as providing a Decision in Principle for speculative bids on the day. We'll also consider additional security and offer no-exit-fee options.
Development finance.
No two developments are ever the same, which is why we start discussing the venture in detail from the outset, so we understand all the details and can offer a truly tailored package. We also consider many types and sizes of project, from residential conversions to large commercial constructions.
